Open & Check Policy (Returns via Courier)

Because each statement bag at Sohila's World is meticulously pre-made and ready to ship, your order is processed, beautifully packaged, and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.

Check at the Door Policy We want you to absolutely love your handmade piece. To ensure complete satisfaction, we offer an "Open & Check" policy upon delivery:

• Inspect with the Courier: When your package arrives, you are welcome to open the box and inspect the bag while the courier is still present.
• Immediate Returns: If the colors, size, or style do not completely match your expectations, simply hand the bag right back to the courier immediately.
• The Only Condition: The bag must be returned directly to the courier in its original, unaltered condition with all packaging and the signature leather charm intact.

Returns After the Courier Leaves Please note that once the courier departs and the package is accepted, we cannot accept further returns or exchanges due to the unique, pre-made nature of our artisanal creations.

Damages If an item appears damaged upon opening it in front of the courier, please reject the shipment and contact us immediately so we can handle the issue right away.
