Refund Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a delivery has been accepted. Please inspect your package with the courier at the time of delivery — if there is visible damage or an issue with your order, do not accept the package and contact us right away so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Once the package has been accepted and signed for, the sale is considered final.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it has shipped or, for preorder/made-to-order items, before production has started. If you've paid a deposit on a preorder and cancel before production begins, your deposit will be refunded in full. Once an order has shipped or production has started, it can no longer be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please contact us with your order number as soon as possible.
